Details of the financial offer for Mohamed Salah in the Saudi League
In the largest move of its kind in the transfer market, the Saudi club Al-Ittihad is preparing to launch a huge offer for Mohamed Salah, equivalent to Ronaldo’s historic deal with Al-Nasr, and Neymar’s deal with Al-Hilal.
According to a report published by the American CBS network, the value of the new deal reaches 15 thousand million euros (equivalent to 16,200 US dollars) to acquire the services of the Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, the Saudi company that Al Hilal recently achieved, buying Neymar for 99.700 million. He broke the record for the first time in a year.
The proposed deal consists of a guaranteed payment of $54 million in addition to $108 million in performance-related bonuses, in addition to other elements that may make Sarah the best deal in the history of the Saudi League.
For its part, the Saudi Federation hopes that the salary package offered to Salah, compared to the salaries of Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo, will be a strong motivation for him to press for a move to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
But Salah's agent, Rami Abbas, said earlier this month: "Salah promised to stay at Liverpool. Otherwise, I would not have renewed my contract last summer."
The federation intends to offer a similar salary to Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo, which is considered to be approximately $216 million annually when bonuses and advertising are taken into account.
